Futurity Contestants earn points at participating futurities for year end awards.

Futurity Producers work together to promote each futurity that participates in the tour.

Futurity Contestant Information

Cost to contestants – It cost you nothing to be eligible for series awards.  You earn points by entering and competing in participating futurities.

Point System – 2D Points System, Full Second Split .  20 Points for 1^st in each division, 19 for second, 18 for third….  1 point for 20^th in each division.   Open Futurity runs count for points.  1^st and 2^nd Go around Futurity runs count for points. 

  Awards – Jackets to top 3 in each division (6 jackets)  Trophy Buckle and cash in addition to jacket to contestant who earns the most points in the 1D.

  Derby / Open  Awards – This being our first year we will only have awards for futurity contestants, however we may offer derby and open awards in the future.
