PRODUCER COSTS
$100 for charter NRF producers (the ones that have continually certified from the beginning - Bold Heart, Heartland, JJ Classic & Northern Lights)
$125 Regular Futurity certification
$25 Per additional incentive: derby, breeder's incentive, Open***
Ie #1: SD Heartland - futurity, derby & open 4D. Considered Charter member $150 NRF Fee ($100 fut +$25 derby + $25 open)
Ie #2: The JJ Classic has a futurity and derby with a breeder's incentive and an open barrel race. NRF Tour Charter certification $175
($100 futurity + $25 derby + $25 open/youth + $25 breeder’s incentive)
PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS
1. Producers promote the NRF Tour on their website, event flyers, place for NRF Tour nomination on entry forms…NRF Tour logo on all event advertising. UBRA logo on UBRA certified events.
2. Two full page ads in each events program. NRF Tour and NRF Tour Finals
3.Supply person(s) to fufill 1 duty at the NRF Tour Finals and be an active participant in the NRF Tour advisory board.
4. Send complete class results of your futurity by the Tuesday following your event to Jessica Beauvais for point tabulation. info@ubra.org
5. Collect NRF Tour horse and rider nominations with entries and mail to NRF office by no later than 1 week following the event.
6. Failure comply with the producer requirements will be a $100 fine.
7. Event sanctioning forms must be received 3 months prior to the event. (New for 2009)
***100% of the open certification fee will go to series awards for the NRF Tour events that certify the open classes of their shows. Riders must either pay the $10 NRF Tour nomination or be a UBRA rider to earn points for the Open NRF Tour series. By certifying the open show, UBRA members are also allowed to earn UBRA points in your open, youth and futurity classes for State and World Championships.
80% of the NRF Tour fees paid by producers and horse nominations will go to the NRF Tour Finals awards. The remaining 20% will pay for advertising. (The open classes are able keep 100% profits thanks to the affiliation with the UBRA.
