I would like to nominate my horse to the NRF Tour Futurity. This horse has not competed in barrel racing competition prior to 12/01/07 owner & rider must sign. This applies only to Futurity horses. Must have signature for owner and rider.

My horse is nominated under the UBRA futurity division--the $10 nomination fee is waived but the form must still be filled out and sent in for NRF records and to be able to earn points. UBRA #_______
